Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the following Pobal supported full-time and part-time roles:
Cultural Assistant and Marketing Assistant.

The Cultural Assistant is a crucial front of house and administrative role. The successful candidate will not only act as the first point of contact to visitors but will assist with administration and promotion of Knights and Conquests and represent the public face of GMCE CLG.
The Cultural Assistant will provide excellent customer care and play a vital role in presenting our heritage in an engaging way.

Applicant Requirements:
• Experience in Front office management.
• Administration, IT, Telephone Skills.
• Experience in the tourism industry
• Knowledge of Irish history and heritage
• Friendly personality, enthusiastic team player and enjoy working with the public.
• Full Clean Driving Licence

Relevant Education Qualifications:
• Tourism and Leisure
• Arts
• Public Relations and Event Promotion

The successful candidate will be required to work at weekends and occasionally at events.
This role is rewarding and enjoyable for those with a community ethos that enjoy engaging with the public to preserve and promote our rich history and heritage.

The Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in the promotion of Knights and Conquests. This role will combine work in an administrative role and assisting in tasks assigned by the manager. The successful candidate will be an excellent co-ordinator and will work to present and promote Knights and Conquests Heritage Centre.

• Experience in Marketing and Presentation
• Administration, IT, Telephone Skills.
• Experience in Event Co-ordination
• Friendly personality, team player, enthusiastic and enjoy working with the public.
• Full Clean Driving Licence
